Cancelation & Refund Policy:
There is no 100% refund for City to Sky. The race cancellation policy can be viewed here. However, a 50% refund* is available if you cancel prior to September 30, 2025. After September 30, we encourage participants to release their spot if they choose not to run to allow someone on the waitlist to participate.
*Refunds will exclude processing fees, store purchases and charitable donations.
Waitlist:
Once the race cap has filled, there will be a waitlist. A registered participant must cancel to open a spot. You will have 48 hours to claim your position or it will roll down to the next person on the waitlist. The waitlist will close on September 30, 2025.
Transfers:
There are no bib transfers or selling of bibs. Photo ID required at check-in.
